Join Tamron Tech Rep, Armando Flores for a journey through Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood. Attendees will meet at Glazer's to check out a Tamron lens, then head out as a group towards Lake Union. This area offers a variety of photographic genres from Architecture to Street scenes to Cityscapes to Landscapes. TAMRON LOANER GEAR WILL BE AVAILABLE! If you want to check out a lens, please arrive at the meeting destination 15 minutes before the group heads out. LOCATIONPlease meet Armando at the Tamron counter to check out gear, 15 minutes before start time. Or meet the group outside at 1:30 PM. ABOUT ARMANDO FLORESArmando Flores' interest in photography started back in high school when he and his sister put their money together to purchase a 35mm film camera. He studied photojournalism in college and worked at a camera store to support his expensive photo habit. He was hired by a major camera manufacturer where he honed his photography skills over the next 22 years. Photography has enabled him to travel to many foreign lands and to attend large media events where he has met many interesting people. He’s photographed professional sports for over 17 years and loves being at the forefront of new technology, but his passion has always been in lending a hand to the aspiring photographer.
