Celebrating the relationship, Maryland and Kanagawa Sister State committee along with Misako Ballet, Matcha Time Café, and UMBC welcome you to this cultural exploration event! Our Japan Day/Fall Festival has many performances and hands-on activities for you to experience Japanese culture free of charge!!!!
