This event will feature both NCMS members and non-members. Expected attendance is up to 150 attendees. This exciting event is hosted by Peraton at their campus in Chantilly, Virginia. Single-wide booth registration is $150. Gift cards are welcome! to a popular retail store (suggestions listed below) for an attendee raffle. StarbucksAmazonLowesTargetiTunes Barnes & NobleYour registration notification will automatically come to us. Payment must be received PRIOR to noon on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Each attendee is required to register through Eventbrite. Boxed lunches can be purchased through Eventbrite along with your registration fee. Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, you must notify Laurie Hendren no later than noon on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. No refunds are available for cancellations made after noon on this this date. Complete registration via Eventbrite, or using the manual registration form no later than Tuesday, September 13, 2022. (Optional) Bring a gift card to the event and provide it to Cheryl Smith upon registration or during setup. Logistics Vendor setup begins at 7:45 am The first networking / exhibit opportunity for attendees is during registration from 8:00 – 9:00 am Your company’s 30 second introductory advertisement will be presented during the Mini-Seminar’s Opening Remarks. A representative of your company is welcome to present this advertisement and conduct the corresponding raffle. Let Cheryl Smith ([email protected]) if you wish to present in her stead.
