Our partnership equals a successful onboarding experience for our new Retail associates. This training is intended for all Lab and Office Onboarding Peers as identified by your Regional Retail Managers. You were identified for this important role as your leader saw potential in you! By the end of this training session you will have an understanding of the expectations of the Onboarding Peer role, the importance of the partnership with the Retail Training team, HR team, your branch team and most importantly your new associates. You will understand the flow and content of the Retail New Hire Onboarding Curriculum and the resources available to you as an Onboarding Peer. Once this session is complete you will be a Certified Onboarding Peer!
