Edible Communities, in collaboration with Food Tank, celebrates 20 years of telling the story of local food and drink as we gather at the Edible Institute in Denver, CO, to explore the ideas, challenges and changes that will shape our food communities in the next decade and beyond. We are thrilled to announce that our keynote speaker will be Dr. Temple Grandin, a scientist whose ground-breaking work in animal behavior has helped shape standards of excellence for the humane treatment of animals around the world.
