Join the Psychedelic Club of Denver for a presentation on some of the most commonly used psychedelics - Psilocybin Mushrooms, LSD, DMT, and MDMA. The evening will include a presentation giving a basic introduction to psychedelics. Why do people describe these experiences as ineffable, and what is happening from their perspective? What happens physically within the body when these substances are consumed? What is psychedelic exceptionalism, and why is it important? We will touch on these, as well as a brief look in to psychedelic history, safety precautions, current legal circumstances, and more. Everyone is welcome to join - including people who have never had a mind altering substance, skeptics, experts, explorers, and anyone who is interested in learning more about psychedelics! This meeting is free and open to the public, and is intended for informational and educational purposes. Kess will be presenting 🙂
