Join the Esplanade Association for River Fit: Kick It By Eliza, part of the River Fit Fitness Series! Bring your own water bottle! Kick It is a 13-round fitness method that is music-driven and kickboxing-inspired. No equipment is needed except for a yoga mat, if desired. Some rounds target specific body parts (such as legs or arms), but most of the class is cardio focused. Plenty of options to modify are provided along the way, so this class truly is for everyone! Kick It will take place on Fridays July 12th - September 2nd from 7:30am to 8:30am. River Fit: Kick It By Eliza classes will be led by Kim Scoppetta (@kim_scoppetta) with Olivia Rose (@oliviaroseee2) as a substitute instructor. Registration for River Fit: Kick It By Eliza is only available through Eventbrite. Please cancel if you are no longer able to attend. By registering for River Fit: Kick It By Eliza, you automatically sign the electronic waiver to participate in this River Fit Fitness Series class.
