Back by popular demand, Media Speed Networking returns to our program lineup this September. Join us September 13, 12:00 pm for face-to-face interactions and networking with some of Central New York’s influential members of the media.
Given shrinking newsroom staff, a constant influx of emails and tight digital deadlines, PR professionals must know how to craft the right pitch and understand how to best reach our local media representatives. During this speed networking event, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know (or catch up with) local news and media members. Learn more about their interests and how they like to be pitched to become a more efficient PR pro!
Here's how it works: We’ll divide attendees into equal groups and rotate within timed intervals to allow everyone the chance to make connections. Each media member will share their perspectives and answer your questions.
