HVAC Repair Specialist to Re-Insulate a Commercial HVAC Unit

We are seeking an HVAC Repair Specialist to Re-Insulate a Commercial HVAC Unit This HVAC unit is located on the roof of our building and supplies air conditioning to our unit directly below. The 8x air filters were recently replaced, however, we are seeking a specialist to re-install the interior insulation which is in need of replacing as they are not clean. We are looking to replace the spongy material with silver insulation. The location is adjacent to the air filters (image attached) We are also seeking someone to clean the HVAC air grate of dust and debris leading directly into our space. We also would like to know whether our HVAC unit allows for central heating and, if so, how we can install as we would like to integrate heating with our Nest Thermostat unit We are looking for someone who has specific knowledge with Trane HVAC systems. Rate: $125 + Materials Immediate need!
