REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT FIRM LOOKING FOR FULL TIME HANDYMAN POSITION: Looking for a friendly person with a good work ethic to help us with our sizable residential properties in Queens. What you will do: - Assist with work orders - Turnover apartments after move-outs - Perform electrical repairs in common areas and tenants apartments - Repair and paint doors, window, walls, ceilings, ect... - Ability to safely use power and hand tools - Experience installing and replacing plumbing system - Strong communication skills with property management and tenants - Self-starter with good time management skills - Be polite to tenants and report to super and management Required Skills & Experience: - At least 3 years of relevant experience - Excellent communication skills -- both written and verbal - Must be reliable and hardworking - Ability to work with little supervision Please email resume
