Primary Home, must live within 15 miles of downtown Greenwich Salary: commensurate with experience Seeking an experienced, self-starter with an easy and professional disposition. Landscape care & management skills are required. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant landscape and property care experience; ensuring the grounds are kept and running smoothly. Core duties include: • Responsible for the landscape maintenance of a multi acre water front property’s lawn, hedge, meadow, ivy, garden, dock, light repairs, salt snow care, et al. • Must be hands on maintaining while looking for and resolving issues. • Must love working outside • Recruit and manage seasonal assistance. • Work with subcontractors (lawn/tree/irrigation/dock/etc) to monitor progress, and resolve issues. • Power washing, seasonal furniture, checking property systems • Exterior Cleaning (Gutters, Windows, Patios, Terraces) and maintenance • Oversee Equipment and vehicles. • Previous experience in property management involving lawn care, watering, weeding, trimming and irrigation required. • Looking for excellent communication skills and detail orientated. • You will also need to be highly organized with effective time management skills. • Reliable, punctual, loyal. • Candidate must be discreet; love nature, dogs, and working outside; be physically fit, and hard working and comfortable on a high ladder. • This job can be part or full time, there is flexibility on hours.
