We treat our employees with respect. We have a multicultural team, speaking some Spanish would be recommended but not required. Pay is based off of experience. Minimum Requirements: Eligible to work in the US Speak English Drug Free Workplace Valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation to and from work Punctual Willing to work in various weather conditions Work 40-50 hours per week We work 5 days a week Monday through Friday., but you should be available to work Saturdays as necessary (weather-dependent) Nice to Have: Able to speak some Spanish Able to operate 'Walker' Riding mowers Experience driving a truck and trailer Snowplowing experience - residential driveways Fertilizer applicators license Normal Duties: Mowing/Line Trimming/Blowing Weeding Edging Mulching Pruning Planting Spring and Fall Clean Up Snow Plowing (winter months) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: 8-10 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: One location
