As a Cleaning Night Supervisor, you will: • Join a high-performing and sociable team • Become an integral part of our powerful social mission: providing safer indoor environments • Engage with a diverse workforce • Attain direct access to top management Responsibilities • Conduct inspections to monitor cleaning quality • Manage assigned cleaning crews to ensure efficiency, compliance, and support • Ensure crews are equipped with necessary items for their daily routes • Assist with service requests, resolve service issues, and identify relevant upsell opportunities • Work extended hours for relevant seasonal work (ex: Snow Removal, Apartment Turnovers, etc.) • Monitor substitutions and scheduling issues proactively to ensure teams are set up for success Skills and Traits for Success • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent • Coachable • Extremely energetic and ambitious • Ability and willingness to identify and tackle areas for improvement • Friendly and team-oriented personality • Flexibility to assist with new tasks and initiatives Preferred Qualifications • Ability to speak English and Spanish • Certification in cleaning and/or training is a bonus • Strong general communication skills • Familiarity with time tracking and inspection software • Multiple years in similar position • Driver's License Experience • 1+ year of Cleaning Supervisor experience preferred Benefits • PTO • Sick Pay • Health Insurance • Optional Dental and Life Insurance • Professional Development Assistance
