Artist in Residence Concert Festival of Arts, 650 Laguna Canyon Road Saturday, September 24, 2022 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. The Laguna Beach Arts Commission invites the public to attend a free concert presentation of musical compositions by Laguna Beach Artist in Residence Dr. Pamela Madsen. These works, titled "Laguna Beach Suite: from the Canyons to the Sea," were created specifically for and inspired by Laguna Beach. Alcohol is permitted with a meal. Guests should bring their own blankets and/or beach-chairs for seating. Guests are asked to follow all other Festival of Arts house rules. Presentation: Laguna Beach Suite: From the Canyons to the Sea Performed by Eric Dries Trio with Meloney Collins (vocalist) Why Women Went West: selected works from Opera Opera America and National Endowment for the Arts Awarded Performed by Brightwork newmusic with Stacey Fraser (soprano) This program is funded by the lodging establishments and City of Laguna Beach.
