Come as you are to this Yoga and Meditation class where we'll be showcasing Emily Morrison's AWESOME creekside studio at VSAIA (Valley Spirit Acupuncture and Internal Arts). This is a 2-hour, open level class. Some yoga experience and knowledge is helpful, yet strong beginners are encouraged to attend. The first 85 minutes will be yoga postures and sequences, and the last 35 minutes will be a guided meditation with brief discussion. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required (see link). Adult refreshments will be served. Happy Fall!
