• Candidates must arrive on time; late arrivers will not be allowed to participate • Be prepared to show a photo ID • You will be required to sign a Waiver of Release and participate in a vitals assessment • Only the applicant will be permitted in the training area; there are no areas for spectators or family members to wait or watch while you are participating. • Attire is dark blue or black exercise shorts/pants, short sleeve t-shirt (tank tops, uncovered workout bras or cropped shirts are not allowed), athletic shoes, no loose or restrictive jewelry. • Bring a towel and supply of water • All candidates will be required to participate in the physical fitness training session before the other activities • Candidates will be required to follow instructions, conduct themselves in a safe and professional manner or be asked to leave the Boot Camp. We encourage candidates and potential candidates to take advantage of this FREE opportunity. This is a one day event and slots are limited.
