We invite you to join us for a relaxing evening in the beautiful garden setting at Dean’s Landscaping for Guided Meditation with healing Singing Bowl sound bath. Annie will guide you into a meditative state with a guided meditation while you float away resting and restoring in a deeply relaxing state with the harmonious waves of the singing bowls and other instruments that are played in a way to promote a more relaxed mind and nervous system. Allow the sounds to guide you on a journey of self discovery and inner exploration, promoting deep relaxation and peace! Annie is a certified meditation and yoga instructor, Reiki Master Teacher and vibrational sound healing facilitator. Please bring a yoga mat, two blankets one to lay on and cover up with an eye pillow or anything else to make you cozy and comfortable. You may also want to bring an eye pillow, and water. Thank you!
