Living Life Well with Visual Arts - Part 3 The arts help us come alive from within as it brings out our own unique inner creativity. Living Life Well with Writing & Photography - Part 4 Being able to release your inner thoughts through writing can help relieve stress and anxiety all while helping you clear your mind. *Caregiver Education presentation held during same time. Lunch also provided for caregivers.
