About this in-person event: Rooted in ancient practices and boasting benefits such as reduced stress, enhanced mental flexibility, improved concentration, improved mood and so much more, mindfulness is not a passing fad. So, what is mindfulness, why is it so effective, and how can you integrate it into your life and the lives of the youth you serve in a meaningful way? Together we will take a deeper look at the neuroscience that supports these practices, strengthen our understanding of the mind-body connection, and leave with strategies that we can implement immediately.
