Moving from Self to Community CareIn partnership with:
The Guarden, LLCYouth Services Bureau of Monroe CountyCenterstoneAbout this in-person event:
TOPIC: In our rapidly changing and fast-paced culture, self-care is often framed as the solution to burnout, anxiety, depression, and stress. However, self-care is not equitably distributed to all of us; in fact, we and the youth we work with need broad and supportive community in order to access care. Join us to explore frameworks that encourage a culture of care for all.
Learning Objectives:
1. Define and constructively criticize the role of self-care
2. Understand the CDC Framework of Safe, Stable Nurturing Relationships and Environments (SSNREs)
3. Identify strategies to build community care
