NEWARK ARTS FESTIVAL, ARTS ED NEWARK, STEAM URBAN, GREATER NEWARK CONSERVANCY, and our COMMUNITY partners present OPEN DOORS KIDS: FALL INTO S.T.E.A.M An interactive outdoor learning experience designed as a safe community space for youth of all ages. Research shows that learning outdoors with nature allows students to be creative, build confidence, and create learning experiences that are more meaningful! We firmly believe that the heartbeat and fabric of our desire to learn is fueled primarily by our experiences in life—the things that capture our mind, body and heart, the “wow” moments, and the connections that make us feel alive! When our communities are thriving and fueled by love, our entire world is changed. JOIN US FOR ARTFUL HEALING DURING THE NEWARK ARTS FESTIVAL! Location: Greater Newark Conservancy, 32 Prince Street, Newark, NJ 07103 Date: Saturday, October 8, 2022 Time: 12pm-4pm Ages: 0-99 Cost: Free Participants will engage and experience a Fresh Farmer’s Market with FREE produce bag giveaways for the first 50 families to arrive, Take a journey through the outdoor / indoor mixed-learning environments via their Fall Harvest Passport, indulge all of their five senses through joy and support modalities to activate and enhance their healing journey!
