She is a certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Sandra Foley, DNP, RN Professor of Nursing, William Paterson University of New Jersey Sandra Foley is a certified Laughter Yoga instructor, a professor at William Paterson University, the New Jersey State Nurses Association President-Elect, and Chair of the Institute for Nursing, NJSNA’s charitable foundation.
