Description
Our Regional CISO Policy Roundtables bring together senior technology security executives in an exclusive setting to talk about trends in national cybersecurity policy. The first session will be led by the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency. CISA works with the private sector to understand the challenges and advise on cyber and physical risks to the nation’s critical infrastructure. Regional Director for Region V, Alex Joves will discuss how CISA can help you better prepare to defend your enterprise against cyber adversaries. Organizations need sharp technologists capable of driving innovation, collaboration and execution. The rapid pace of change in today's technology landscape paired with increased competition for highly skilled talent and a reshuffling of talent brought about by hybrid work environments is making it incredibly difficult to find those resources. The second session will be headlined by World Wide Technology's Global Director of Cybersecurity and former CISO, Geoff Hancock who will discuss how WWT is elevating and accelerating the learning technologists receive with their Advanced Technology Center Platform. The Central Regional CISO Policy Roundtable will conclude with Robin Wright, Chief Technology Officer & Architect Manager at Microsoft’s Compromise & Recovery Security Practice (CRSP) who will join us to discuss real-world case scenarios and provide guidance regarding best practices in defending against ransomware attacks. While firms strive to defend against cyber intrusions, especially ransomware, the reality is that many firms are being successfully attacked. Microsoft’s Compromise & Recovery Security Practice (CRSP) is a worldwide team of cybersecurity experts with deep expertise in securing an environment post-security breach. This is an invitation-only event for CISOs and senior cybersecurity policy stakeholders, the NTSC Central Regional CISO Policy Roundtable serves as part of our mission to provide a platform for CISOs to discuss and advocate for beneficial legislative and regulatory cybersecurity policies. Seating is limited. If you are a CISO or senior technology security executive interested in attending we invite you to register today!
