Get energized with 45-minutes of fusion barre + cardio-centric interval training designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength and rev up your metabolism. You’ll use dynamic movements with wrist/ankle weights to target different muscle groups simultaneously -all at an invigorating pace. This class will take place outdoors on the rooftop at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness and will include skyline views. There is no shade on the rooftop and it's suggested to bring a water bottle and towel. PLEASE NOTE: it is required to bring your own mat and recommended that you bring hand/ankle weights. This class is part of Lincoln Park Health and Wellness Weekend.
