Learn how to make herbal tinctures using locally foraged weeds with Simone Davis, a clinical herbalist originally from Philadelphia, now managing Sacred Vibes Apothecary located in Brooklyn. We’ll discuss the ecology and medicinal properties of the the plants used and walk you through the process of making your very own herbal tincture to take home with you. Supplies will be provided. We'll also have herbal infused drinks to sip on while we create our tinctures. ABOUT SIMONE DAVIS: Simone’s practice is guided by nature, and incorporates ancestral wisdom, experiential learning, intuition and scientific research. This work is centered around liberation and reclaiming access to the innate healing and intuition that lives inside us through relationship to nature.
