The somatic activated healing (trained in the SAH method) is a body healing technique that integrates ecstatic dance + mantra + breath + meditation in synergy, so that we can feel the four essential qualities of the heart (joy, compassion, wisdom, and love) and remove emotional baggage out of the body, without looking through it. This experience is less-so of a traditional “class” and more-so an intimate experience, where you can release any stagnant energy that’s holding you back from tuning into your internal world, and start to feel better.

About the teacher
Kim Saira is a spiritual workout coach in-training (under the SAH method) and through somatic activated healing, her hope is to help people tune into their bodies. Besides this practice, Kim has done activism for Asian communities during the rise of Stop Asian Hate, and her activism work has been featured in the likes of The New York Times, The Washington Post, Good Morning America, the Today Show, and more.
