The Barre - Use targeted bodyweight movements and hold challenging positions to build strength, tone up, and increase flexibility (30 minutes).Voltage - Track your heart rate and push yourself through intense movements to maximize your effort and results. This HIIT workout is powered by science and sweat (30 minutes).Power Vinyasa - This challenging yoga class links movement and breath as it exhilarates your body. You’ll build strength, increase flexibility, and leave feeling rejuvenated (30 minutes).Schedule for the day:
