Abandoned Orchard?

Hello! I am wondering if anyone has an abandoned (or sparsely picked) orchard of apples, pears, and/or plums, any kind of nut, etc that you would be willing to allow my family (4 of us) to pick from. When I was a kid we always knew older folks who didn't or couldn't harvest from their orchard and let us pick from their trees. Wondering if there's any such person in Benewah or nearby. We are respectful, will leave your trees just as we found them, and I would be happy to give you some of the fruit if you are unable to pick it yourself, pay a bit of cash, or give a jar or two of applesauce or pears etc in return!
