French MacaronsFrench Macarons are delicate sandwich cookies that are notoriously difficult to make. These cookies require precision, practice, and patience, so we will take our time! With a little luck and good technique (it’s all in the macaronage), everyone will walk away with a dozen of their own to eat or maybe share. Instructor: Lindsay Smith FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients. If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest.
