Looking to connect your mind and body through a guided heated Asana practice? Once a month I'll be hosting a FREE Vinyasa x Yin fusion yoga class at Power Life (1917 S 67th St). The targeted room temperature starts at 85 degrees and then bumps down to 65 for the yin portion. There will be a 15 student maximum for this class, so book your spot early and be mindful of others that might be on a waitlist for this class . I'm renting this studio space and offering this class to the Omaha community to eliminate any financial obstacles that might be holding you back from this sacred practice. Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, a towel, and anything else you might like to have during your practice. The studio has a filtered water fountain and plenty of yoga props (blocks, straps etc.), so feel free to take advantage of those perks. There will be a safety waiver to fill out before you practice for your first visit at this studio, so please arrive earlier if this applies to you. There is free street parking all throughout Aksarben along with a few free parking garages! I can't wait to flow with you :)
