Buying Practices is one of your 12-hour required classes to get your IA real estate license. This course is available for anyone looking to become licensed in Iowa - no matter which brokerage you're planning to choose. We offer a very practical, fun course that will help you to learn the business-side of working with sellers. This is a 2 day class (Tuesday 1-5pm and Wednesday 8:30-5). Both days are required to receive your certificate.
