Mt. Prospect Sunroom Renovation Scope of Work Floor joist system made from treated 2 x 4’s over concrete slab. (Make sure it's level) Attached to house rim joist with ½” lag bolts 2” Styrofoam insulation between each floor joist resting on the concrete slab. ¾” inch Plywood applied to the top of floor joists. Two treated 2 x 4s stacked to create a double sill plate. Anchored into concrete slab with ½” anchor bolts Jack and replace corner post Anchor corner post with post base (Simpson Strong Tie) Frame two exterior stud walls Frame out windows to exact size. Install windows Build out rafters with 2 x 4 to make room for insulation. Reinstall fascia header and soffit. Install James Hardie Board T1-11 exterior. James Hardie T1-11 strips in corners and where soffit meets walls. Aluminum window capping on outside *Pause for electrician* Insulation between wall studs and trusses Car Siding interior (vaulted ceiling) Wood trim boards in corners and around windows
