Exploring is an interactive, worksite-based career education program of Learning for Life, an affiliate of the Boy Scouts of America. The program serves young men and women who are in Middle School (6th-8th grade) and High School students (ages 14 through 20 years old).
The CMPD Explorers Program is a hands-on program for students who are interested in a career in law or would like to see what CMPD is all about. The program offers students a look into the criminal justice system through training, practical experiences, competition and other activities. Additionally, the program promotes personal growth through character development, respect, physical fitness, good citizenship and leadership.
