If you need a witness for an insurance claim I saw the red car rear end your dark blue vehicle. You drove around the block when you realized the red car wasn't pulling over to trade insurance info. The red car turned L onto Alabama. Didn't get a license plate # though as the plate on back of the red car was covered with bicycles. Red car already had taped-up front end so they appear to be a frequent flyer. No use trying to find them.
