ABOUT FITFEST: The HEARTest Yard FitFest presented by H/K/B Surgery will be an hour of fitness in the Atrium Health Dome at Bank of America Stadium taught by four instructors from a few of Charlotte's top fitness studios - West Kept Secret, Barre 3, Barry's Bootcamp, and Hilliard Studio Method. The event will feature a Block Party with a DJ and local food trucks, breweries, and pop-up shops. Join us Thursday, October 6th, for a night full of fun, fitness, raffles, and support for our community. Tickets are on sale now! The Fitness on the Field portion of the event will take place inside the air-filtered Dome on your spaced-out yoga mats. The Block Party after will take place in the open-air parking lot. ABOUT THE HEARTEST YARD: For families of babies born with congenital heart disease, there's help – and hope – through The HEARTest Yard program. Established by former Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen and his wife, Kara, after their son was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, The HEARTest Yard provides healthcare support and services to ease the transition from the hospital to home for families across the Carolinas. The HEARTest Yard program offers a range of services, including in-home private nursing care, physical therapy, and speech therapy at no charge to families. The program aims to help prevent a child's complications from congenital heart disease and improve their long-term health.
