The maintenance technician is responsible for performing maintenance and other duties that assure the preservation and upkeep of the buildings, fixtures, and resident spaces. It is a key role in our customer service team and must maintain a high level of satisfation between the tenants and property owners. Requirements Must have your own basic tools, reliable transporation around metro area, and good communication skills.
