The summer (now the fall) of arboreta isn’t over yet! Join NTC for an in depth tour of Driftwood Cottage, home to a diverse range of interesting landscape plants. An emphasis in the arboretum has been put on native species and pollinator plants, as well as plants introduced by Rhode Island nurseries and plantspeople. Highlights include southern magnolia, Ruby Falls redbud, Japanese maples, and dawn redwood, not to mention a flourishing vegetable garden. Please dress appropriately and comfortably for the weather. Water is highly recommended. Street parking is available.
