Description

We are hosting a "Rooftop Barre" class in the Crossroads this September! Meet at Crossroads Chiropractic & Wellness Center on 9/17/22 from 12pm-2pm for an hour-long class, a sound bowl healing session, free drinks and appetizers, and to shop local vendors. The class is free, but donations for Big Brothers Big Sisters of KC will be accepted. Please bring your own mat!
