The Zeta Kappa Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Incorporated, a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization was chartered in Phoenix, Arizona on December 6, 2020 in Phoenix, Arizona. Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Incorporated seeks to unite the sisterhood of qualified business and professional women to promote increased interest in business education amongst high school and college girls; encourage the development of leadership; and promote civic and social service activities for youth and adults.
