Already dreading the holidays and the maybe not so pleasant (read: heated) conversations that will for sure happen this year? Looking for an extra tool for your toolkit as you engage in conflict with friends/family? In this 2-hour session, participants will learn the basic principles of Nonviolent Communication and how to apply them during conflict. Participants will have time to practice their new skills. This event is free. If you are able, please donate ($10|| $20|| $50). This will help us continue to offer free events and workshops. INSTRUCTOR BIOS Giselle is the creator behind a new NVC app and serves as a board member for Prototype. Diane is a NVC aficionado and has taught NVC to various college-aged student groups.
