Join us for a yoga class from Meagan Reed, a certified yoga instructor, of Sweet Escape Events, along with a mini workshop on the The Seven Pillars of Self Care from Dr. Tara Gunter, a health psychologist.
All participants will receive a $5 Cadence Clubhouse to use toward goodies like a mimosa, a latte, or pastries!
