The program will touch on a host of issues including: pre-filing considerations, invention disclosure and patent preparation, claim drafting, patent application preparation, patent prosecution, patent litigation, and patent counseling. The program will also involve a review of recent developments in the law. Overall, with an eye towards successful prosecution and enforcement, attendees will learn how to prepare a patent application that satisfies the statutory requirements for patentability.
