Trade Show Receptionist/Hostess Needed Chicago - September 13th-15th (Tues.-Thurs.) 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. both days, 9-3 the last day (times may vary slightly) Las Vegas - October 19th - 21st (Weds.-Fri.) 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. both days, 9-3 the last day (times may vary slightly) Ameritalent is seeking 2 Female Hostesses/Receptionists for 2 different trade shows for the same client in both Chicago and Las Vegas. Talent must be willing to work as a local as travel will not be reimbursed. Please let us know in your reply what city you're interested in working in and your desired day rate. Job Description: Our client is seeking 2 trade show receptionists to work their reception area welcome desk. Duties include greeting all clients that approach the booth, scanning badges and distributing promotional brochures and business cards. At times the client may have promotional giveaways for you to give out to certain clients. Keeping the booth tidy and clean and being overall helpful and friendly to the company's staff, clients, and potential new clients attending the convention. Wardrobe: Our client will be providing branded blue button-up collared untucked shirts and is requesting either professional black work pants (no athletic or stretch pants) or a black skirt (no mini-skirts). The dress code is conservative and professional. We also recommend wearing your own tank top or fitted shirt underneath the provided button-up. Footwear should be black professional closed-toe professional dress shoes, they don't have to be heels. Changing into walking shoes when you're walking to and from the booth and on lunch is recommended. Please do all footwear changes away from the booth. Please include your shirt size with your submission including your day rate and what city you are submitting to work. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS Please submit your trade show resumé or list of trade show experience along with your professional photos, with your best contact phone number and e-mail, confirming that you are willing to work as a local, in either Chicago or Las Vegas, and that you have reliable transportation and lodging in the region of this booking. Please also note if you speak any additional languages or have relevant experience specific to the printing industry. Also, please include your requested day rate. E-mail all submissions by Tuesday, September 6th (the day after Labor Day weekend). We are looking to confirm talent sooner rather than later so please don't wait to submit, we may fill this position sooner than the submission deadline. Please no candids, selfies, nightclub, lingerie, or swimwear shots. Conservative, friendly, approachable, professional quality head/body shot submissions. We will accept shots of you working on previous promotional events along with your head and body shots. We will not visit any links to social media accounts, YouTube accounts, or online modeling profiles. We do accept agency-friendly links to demo reels and promotional websites that do not include your direct contact information or contact buttons/tabs.
