Description

We'll warm up together to get you lose and ready to go. Next you'll cycle through 6 different stations in a 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest format for a full-body workout. This class is for all skill levels, workout experiences, members and non-members so invite anyone and everyone to come sweat with you. There are modifications for every single exercise to accommodate experience levels and injury prevention. Come join us Saturday, September 10th at 9:00am for to start off your weekend in style.
