Landscaping/Janitorial Contractor Needed for Rental Properties

We are seeking a dedicated and trustworthy contractor to maintain the general landscaping and indoor common areas at 12 properties on a bi-weekly basis – this includes a mix of small commercial buildings and multi-family apartment complexes (5 to 20 unit each) in the Greater Seattle Area, from N. Seattle to Federal Way. Scope of Work Includes (but not limited to): Outdoor: • Lawn care: mowing, trimming, weeding, blowing, and general up-keep of the grounds to maintain inviting curb-appeal • Trash pick-up • Pressure washing of parking lots and walkways (as needed) • Snow removal in parking lots (as needed during inclement weather) Indoor Common Areas: • Sweeping/mopping/vacuuming • Emptying of trash • Sanitizing spaces such as shared laundry facilities, counter tops, and doors • Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking common-area restrooms (commercial building only) Requirements: • 5+ years’ experience along with work-related references • Must be licensed and insured • Physically able to lift up to up to 50 lbs. • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills • Efficient time management with little or no supervision Schedule: Flexible! Service each property on a bi-weekly basis for both outdoor landscaping maintenance and indoor janitorial work Annual Contract Fee: $60,000
