Good boy desperate for new home

My partner and I are moving on the 2nd and we unfortunately can’t take our pit bull mix Toby. He’s crate trained and potty trained with medium energy. He is about 2 years old, black with a white spot on his face and white feet. He’s extremely friendly with people and kids but does not get along with any other dogs or animals. Because of this we are hesitant to hand him over to a shelter or a family with other pets. We are desperate to find him a good home that understands this special need and the type of commitment it entails.
