Established in 2018, the Pennsylvania Latino Convention is the most inclusive and comprehensive statewide event covering all aspects of Latino life, community, policy and agenda in Pennsylvania. PALC is the only statewide Latino conference pursuing an agenda that is policy-driven, research-based, and data-oriented to advance the social, cultural, political, economic and educational status of Pennsylvania’s 1.1 million residents of Latino descent.
