The Workout
Join us for an afternoon of group fitness in Musser Park…and again in the evening for a bar crawl across Lancaster, PA. We’ll meet at 4pm, Saturday, September 3rd at the Musser Park entrance at E Chestnut and N Shippen for the following workout…
- 10 minutes of jump rope (we’ll have a handful but bring your own if you like)
- 4-5 rounds of a body weight circuit (bring a yoga mat if you can)
- Stretching
The Pub Crawl
In the evening, we’ll meet at...
- 6:30pm at Decades for some cocktails and games
- 7:30pm at Our Town Brewery for beers and bites
- Tellus 360 around 8:30pm to finish the night off
About us
We’re Amos and Andrew, longtime friends and fitness and pub enthusiasts. Amos is a community organizer with a background/education in urban planning and grew up in Lancaster, PA. Andrew, from the Boston area, is designer and author of Oakland: New Urban Eating, an ethnographic cookbook about Oakland’s rise to culinary recognition.
