Help Needed - Chicken with Impacted Crop

A farm where I work has 2 chickens but the owner is not willing to spend lots of money on a vet for a chicken. So just making a listing here as a last try for the poor thing. Otherwise she will be put down. Me and a co worker did our best to try and remedy it on our own but with no luck. There seems to be ways to operate on a chicken oneself at home, but neither of us feel comfortable attempting that. Hoping there's some chicken expert out there willing to help. We will pay your traveling/gas expenses if you have experience with this and can save this chicken. Thanks! :)
