Hello and thanks for looking. We need to find a licensed general contractor who can pull a permit at the City of Loveland Building Department. We turned our basement into a separate living space by ripping out the stairs and installing a bathroom and kitchen. They are making us demo out the bathroom and rebuild the stairs to connect back to our main house so it would be accessible from the house again. They will not let me do the work myself and are requiring a building permit with all the neccessary inspections. If you or someone you know is licensed, please call or text me at 970-215-8358.
